We do everything humanly possible to fix problems before they impact our customers.

As with all things related to technology, there will be times when something happens that affect your website or email services. We have a dedicated team that works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, whose sole tasks is to monitor our entire server fleet, and fix any problems that arise as quickly as possible. This team is our Server Health team, and they do amazing work!

Our Server Health team use a variety of tools to monitor every service running on our hosting platform. If our monitoring system alerts us to a problem we jump into the server and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Depending on the severity and length of time an outage is going on for, a post will be made in these forums if a problem is going to last at least 10 minutes. 

We will then post updates to keep you informed of the situation and what we’re doing to fix it. Once everything is back online, we’ll post one last update to let you know everything is okay and close the forum thread. 

It is the goal of our amazing Server Health team to find and resolve the underlying causes of these interruptions and create checks for the future to proactively fix any potential outages.
